    How clean the hotel was. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was excellent.

    Not enough staff.
    The ADA room was very spacious.
    Staff was rude upon arrival on who had to show ID to register. Did not have additional bedding when requested at the front desk because they did not have workers to bring to the room. The lady in front of me was given a dirty plunger because there were no workers to clear the toilet.

    Bugs crawling in my bed
    There was nothing
    No maids so no fresh towels, or help, found a bug crawling on my mattress and was still made to pay for all nights stayed when I definitely left as soon as the bug was found

    Indoor pool was great. Good location off the strip. Quiet. Good breakfast every morning. Room was comfortable. Everyone was friendly.

    Awesome family hotel for Christmas in Branson!!
    Breakfast was great!! Location was great!! Was a very homey place to stay and our room was huge and affordable as well!! Would definitely come back again!!!
    Breakfast was so busy that there wasn't a place to sit so we ended up taking our food to our room. They were understaffed so didn't have towels in the pool or replaced in our room. The pool was nice but super cold walking outside to get to it.

    Good hotel off the strip.
    Breakfast was better than I expected! This is definitely a hit or miss at a hotel. Rooms and facilities very clean and well maintained considering the age of hotel. So glad to see a hot tub! Most hotels have removed them. Staff were all very friendly!! Quiet most of the time.
    I wish our room had been serviced - clean towels and trash removed is all we ever expect. I also do not care for an envelope being left in the room for tips for house keeping. When a hotel does this, we NEVER leave a tip. Same for tip jar at the breakfast room.
