    Perfect for me
    Firstly I visited on the coldest day in the year. The kitchen an wet room were chilly but I don't mind that. I don't know where the heating was in the bedroom but it was toastie and the bed was soooo comfortable. I fell asleep straight away and had a grand sleep. Tea and lovely biscuits were available. Landlord and Flo (dog) were very friendly. Only a 10 minute walk to the town centre. I hope they will let me stay again. Parking easy on road outside

    Good location and clean
    Need an out door light, very dark and the path very slippey. Not sure if the owner knows but you can hear every movement in the house, so no chance of a lie in. You pay for what you get a suppose.

    Small kitchen area with sink, fridge, microwave. Garden
    Small area of black mould in bathroom and discoloured grouting on bathroom floor. Fusty smell, which did go away when we opened the window. Parallel parking is on the street, and was quite full.

    The staff were very nice and accommodating
    However, the rooms were just adequate. They were not cosy, or pretty. Are in need of decoration and upgrading. The garden suite was also adequate but shabby. The garden was unkempt. Not very inviting at all. There is no signage to indicate the name of the place and the parking is appalling.
