    Do not stay here.
Nothing, the pictures did not match what they provided us.
The fact that we were mis sold, the pictures of apartment does not match. There was no hot water or heating. After continuous phone calls and promises of someone coming to fix it, no one did. We had a 5 year old at the property. Totally unacceptable. It wasnt clean, the bath had mould and small hairs and dirt. There were damp circles in the ceiling. The main light in living was broken. Deep clean hasnt been done, dust and grime. The way the man we spoke to us, he was giving us the talk of doing something but didnt deliver, until the day after. Empty promises. No response from texts and photos of our disappointing experience.

Central location, although during weekends you need to count with a bit of noisy groups going from the near bars. Enough space for a family. Good bed.
Nothing. If you know in what location you stay.

Great location, so central and great with the parking underneath. Good space and modern design
Brilliant location although could be noisy at times but that is the pay-off. Great that there was parking underneath the accomodation and so central. There was lots of space and it was clean. The staff were great when we couldn't find the garage - they were very helpful and kind
We didn't have heating on a cold December day and night. I called them about 4 times during the day and did not get a response. When I emailed though, the manager came around almost immediately and sorted out the heating - he said there had been an emergency but did not explain any further. The staff were very pleasant when they did respond to our requests.

    Passable
    Mixed feelings
We loved the central location of the apartment. Finding it when arriving by car was a bit tricky as it's located in the pedestrian area (found the written directions a bit confusing even though we had been to the area before, parking is just next to the Druid's Head pub) but Lee kindly guided us via the phone. Once we had parked our car, we were offered a helping hand with our luggage which was very much appreciated considering the staircase one has to take to reach the apartment. We didn't experience the very noisy nights others had written about (maybe that's more of an issue during warm summer nights) but of course one can't expect complete silence in the middle of the Lanes.
There were two main issues: 1) We had booked an apartment including two bathrooms with a walk-in shower and a bath which would have been ideal for the three of us. Soon after booking the apartment, I got contacted and was told the apartment we had chosen was not available due to some technical problem but we would get another apartment that would be basically the same but just in different colours which sounded fine. Upon arrival, we realized that we had been given an apartment with one bathroom only which didn't feel fair. The apartment also lacked the dishwaser and WIFI didn't work. 2) On the third morning of our five night stay, we woke up feeling rather cold and we realised that the combi boiler had stopped working and there was no gas, so no cooking either. Contacted our host who promised to take care of the issue. In the evening we were told that we would be able to have a warm shower after dinner but when we came back, the appliance was still showing an error. The next day the gas was not working either, they said there was some fault due to flooding and a collapsed road but all the neighbours we spoke to had gas. Speaking of flooding, a drain in the staircase leading to our apartment was blocked so we had to drag our bags through rather deep water when departing. Our stay was at the end of October before the arrival of Storm Ciarn and from my experience, the amount of rain was nothing really unusual for the area (there was a yellow weather warning for rain in place). To sum up, we got to stay in an apartment not featuring everything we had booked and paid for and were left without warm water, heating (the apartment quickly cooled down to 15C) and without the possibility to cook for half of our stay and therefore asked for a partial refund to compensate for the inconveniences and our contact said he would speak with the owner and sort this but we never even heard back which was rather disappointing. If everything

Good stay better for couples or groups for money value
The apartment was very large, and the washer dryer was super handy! Great location in the lanes.
I think it would be better if the wifi was faster and if the hosts greeted us in person to add that personal touch.

A very comfortable space to spend some days working from home in Brighton. Everything was very clean. Some espresso pods, tea and milk left for us to use.

THIS IS A SCAM. Not the property shown. Do not book.
    Absolutely nothing.
We booked the "Superior apartment". Unfortunately when we arrived at the property we were absolutely shocked at the apartment we were given. It is absolutely nothing like the apartment shown on the listing, and this false advertisement is very alarming. Photos show. There was mould in the rooms, on the walls, the ceilings. Marks all over the walls where paintings looked ripped off. Stains everywhere on the carpets. Blinds that were broken in the bedrooms. Cupboards open everywhere, as if someone had just been in the property. To not ruin my father's birthday we left the property to go for some dinner nearby. When we left, we only left the living room light on, all other lights off and windows shut. We always make sure to do this with any property. Our items were also inside. When we left I made sure to lock the front door completely, by turning the key all the way round to the left. When we returned, every single light was on, the kitchen window was open which when we tried you could open completely open. The front door had been unlocked, so when I turned the key just to the right it opened. All of the lights were on in every room. This was the exact moment we realized it was unsafe for us to stay there, especially with two very small children. The first thing I did was to book somewhere else and leave. When we left, I tried to lock the door again and it wouldn't lock from the outside like it did before. Just completely unsafe. Parking was also a nightmare, was told to park in any of the spaces, to then have a sticker on my car the next morning suggesting I would get a fine. For our children to also be in an area of apartments where women were bringing different men into the apartments, whilst we walked around was another reason we absolutely could not stay. The next morning I called the property, and got no answer. I also messaged pictures and videos, and no answer. I would love to hear an explanation. Absolutely gutting.
