    Great, cozy place in Skye
    Location, staff and ambience. Food was great too and room was very comfortable.
    Some cleaning oversights, which were immediately seen to by the staff once pointed out.

    Excellent - Drambuie porridge and eggs royale.
    No lift, room up several sets of steps.

    The manager, staff and everyone involved in the business were the most respectful and helpful people I have ever met. From the beginning of our stay, the manager was very polite and made us feel very welcome after a long drive from Glasgow. The staff during breakfast were very welcoming and helped cater to our needs. They would regularly come over and have a chat with us and give us advice on where to visit. Me and my wife felt very comfortable and were treated with so much love and respect
    The only downside is the restaurant dinner prices is rather expensive

    Charming hotel !
    This is a very charming hotel with a beautiful view from the restaurant. Breakfast was good. The staff were so friendly, warm and welcoming! The deluxe room was spacious and pretty. It had a kettle with coffee. The bar was nice to have a drink at the end of the day.
    An outlet in the bath would be nice, but I know that's typical in Europe, so it's not the biggest deal.

    Potentially very nice place but needs management attention
    High quality room.
    Supposed luxury upgrade was a rip off - useless only partly furnished sitting room with dysfunctional tv duplicating bedroom. Multitasking Staff overstretched resulting in abrupt rushed service. Key love gut bulbs not working. Meal hugely overpriced for quality - frozen chips & peas in a fancy restaurant? And reheated frozen stew? Not good enough!

    Cosy place!
    Lovely and warm room, so cosy. Room and bathroom were fine, we really enjoyed our stay! We had dinner at the restaurant downstairs and it was delicious!
    150 per night is a bit expensive room could do with a coat of paint.
