    Just wonderful
    Stayed in room 402. Initially booked a small room with interior view. But they gave me a much larger room, with street view. I could even see a bit of the castle in the distance. Very much appreciated! The room was beautifully decorated, cozy, spacious, comfortable and very clean. The bathroom was also very clean. Location of the hotel is just perfect, shops, restaurants and sights are all within walking distance and theres a metro stop (Baixa-Chiado) in less than a 3 minute walk to explore the rest of the city with ease. Staff was very welcoming and the hotel (which is also a bar/restaurant) has a good atmosphere. Highly recommend staying here.

    The shower cabin is very small, and the one in room 402 has a wall mounted shower seat in it. Great for people who need a bit of extra support, but the shower cabin is too small for it. Wont leave much space to turn around etc. Not ideal for large/tall people. For the smaller people among us. Its more than fine.

    Very good overall, must the odd thing that needs some tlc. But apart from that a very nice stay.
    The location was amazing, right in the town centre. The staff were friendly and the reception staff were incredibly friendly.
    We went downstairs for a cocktails at 6pm and it took over 30 minutes to get served.

    i was extremely blown away by the exceptional service at this hotel. all our needs and requests were met within minutes - to the point where the receptionist was willing to make our restaurant reservations as well. Claudia and Beatriz both at the reception were great. The hotel is central and walking distance from many popular spots. Highly recommend.
