It was very clean, really nice stay. The rooms are tidy and luxurious feeling

The was no adjusting the heating option, or cooling for the price. Breakfast was limited.

Very good

Great value for the price as Lucern is very expensive. Bus station is right below the hotel, so you can directly come to the centar of Lucern within 20 min. The best is that you get visitors card which you can use to trevel for free within Lucern (bus or train), just check which zones it coveres. Room for two was not big but if you are going to just sleep in it like we did, it is perfect. Bathroom was great , with spacious walk in shower and large window which was my bigest plus.
