    The property was at a great location. Our host did all the little things that made the difference - coffee & tea (with milk!), paper towels, more than 1 roll of toilet paper, etc. I would recommend this rental to others.

    Host was very helpful in giving detail instructions how to get to their place from Venice airport. She spent her time to take us to a ticket booth getting train tickets to Rome. She also took us around town and introduced us many different amenities. She is very friendly, kind and thoughtful.
    Nothing dislike about their place. They have full kitchen, coffee, washer, portable electric fan, but not AC (I guess people don't need AC in Venice because it's surrounded with water).

    Quiet part of Venice but walking distance to lively areas. Comfort of a house. Little garden to sit and eat. Supermarket is close. Great host. Easy to reach from airport.
    Rules they send looks too much but it is not complicated when you read it :)

    really good location to be based for a Venice holiday - quiet but not a long walk to all the sites
    Very helpful and lovely host. She met us on arrival and although we were late, she was very understanding. The property had excellent facilities. She even went above and beyond what we were expecting by providing us with chilled water in the fridge, tea bags, coffee and some pastries! This was great as we arrived late. The property design is very cool, which is great in the summer, and there were fans so that it was nice inside. The property is situated on a cul de sac, so there was no noise from passers by. It is beautifully furnished and felt very authentic.
    There is a nearby church bell that rang at 7.30am and woke us up! It is in a relatively quiet area, so it is a little walk (5 minutes) to find a supermarket etc and about 5-10 minutes to the water bus, and some eateries nearby shut early, but not far to walk to St Mark's square etc (10 minutes). You do need to take the bins out early on the last day too by 8.30. Do bring mosquito spray in summer! (The apartment had very good mosquito screens but you need it in the courtyard and when out).

    Overall good stay.
    Host brought fruits and apologised for coming late to handover key.
    Host arrived @ 1 hour late to hoover the key, despite giving her advance intimation as per her request on our arrival to airport, boarding train and reaching Venice and waiting at door of her rented property.
