    Really enjoyed everything
    Great house in excellent condition, spotlessly clean and tidy. There is everything you need and the shops are a few minutes walk away to get anything extra you might want. Plenty of space in all the rooms and a nice yard for sitting outside and having a BBQ. Great host will help you out

    Great mansion with beautiful pool and patio near Alcudia Cathedral
    The patio and pool area was great for dinner and breakfast but also just for sipping a drink in the afternoon. The rooms were big and all with AC. Easy to park nearby and near the cathedral with some amazing views from all rooms/areas of the house.

    Lovely house, great location for Old town and its restaurants
    Lovely location, house was spacious and attractive. Nice Kitchen / Dining area and patio. There was a free car park close to the property which was very useful as we had a car. The beach was a good 20 minute walk so we needed the car to get to the beach with the location but perfect for Old town restaurants and atmosphere

    There was a beautiful pool in a wonderful courtyard! I also enjoyed the balcony it overlooks the courtyard and it also lets you see parts of the church.
    Theres nothing to not like it was amazing!

    Just fantastic!
    The house was just fantastic, had welcome drinks, and all the bits and bobs you really don't need to go out buying on your hols. But truly beautiful house with a lot of space. And the location was fantastic. The AC was great too. It was perfect. Host lovely and very very helpful!!!

    Lovely stay, hope to stay again.
    Beautiful, comfortable, clean, and spacious home located in the best part of Alcudia. We loved our stay. The host Paco was very prompt, nice, and helpful. Would love to stay again.
    Wifi was a little weak at times.

    It was a perfect property in a great location where our family could explore the area with ease.
    Paco was attentive, we were greeted and was given a supply of drinks, chocolates as a welcome gift. He even had leaflets to hand to help us get around the city which always helps. During our stay we asked a few questions and he replied immediately. The property was clean and had many towels available which is good for any large families. Our stay was relaxed even with our 4 children all under the age of 11 years old. The views out of the windows of the Church was beautiful, you do not get this view on other properties. The upstairs 3rd floor is a great chill out area for the children where they can relax gaming. Location is amazing we did not use our hire car once. Restaurants and shops are all walking distance 4mins. A wide selection of different types of food and wines which is all high quality. The property is away from all the noise so its perfect. Key Points: WIFI - has a good signal all around the property AIRCON - worked in all bedrooms children slept comfortable Really recommend this property as Paco was a good host and his property was value for money, will be booking again next year

    Great! Relaxing space but close to centre of old town.
    Lovely town house - full of character and very spacious. Great outside sitting area with pool to cool off in - also lights up different colours at night! Great location - 2 min walk to all restaurants.

    Wet, windy but enjoyable.
    The host was very helpful and kind. They have taken time to furnish the property as fully as possible with almost everything you will need.
    We visited very early in the season and the weather was unseasonably wet and cold. A few extra heaters would have been welcome, but difficult for the owner to anticipate.
