Comfortable stay

The staff were so kind and helpful, they have lots of bikes you can rent to explore Hoi An. Being across the bridge means the area is quiet but youre still really close to everything. We had a great stay!

A few times when we returned to the room it smelled strongly of cigarettes, not sure if it was from people smoking on the balcony directly outside.

Clean, good location that was easy to walk into the Ancient Town, the host was friendly and very accomodating to us. The bikes we hired were well priced and in good condition.

Fantastic facilities (amazing pool) and the most friendly people.

The property was lovely with little huts for most of the rooms around the excellent pool. We enjoyed our stay here very much! Each morning you had two options of a free breakfast made fresh by the family which you had in the little dining area. The people were so lovely and kind when arranging transport. Even though some didnt speak much English they were always smiling and trying to communicate the best they could with us. We also used the properties bikes for free to ride into the town.

The property is slightly outside of the town. About a 20/25 minute walk but grabs were easy to get or you could use the properties bikes for free or rent a motorbike from them.

Fab place to stay in Hoi An!

The owners were lovely and super friendly/helpful for anything we needed. The room was a good size and comfortable. We rented bikes from here and they did our laundry which was perfect and super quick! The location is ideal youre about a 5 minute walk to the old town

It says on booking.com that bike rental is free however it isnt, not a major issue just something to note if youre on a budget!

Cute place with a bit of a family feel, friendly and clean. Love the location, with is within easy walking distance from the historical centre, but far enough away from it to feel authentic and local. Will gladly come back one day.

The location is just perfect!...the family running the homestay are such warm genuine wonderful souls..was welcomed with big smiles & bigger hearts & felt part of the family.

Everything was to my liking.. nothing i did not like.
