    Modern apartments with excellent service
    I liked the concept of apartment suites with kitchen, terrace and an additional living room. They have a lot of space to stay comfortable, are modern and well equipped. The breakfast has a good buffet. The staff is very friendly and also help to organize tours. Near the hotel are some good restaurants and a very large super market. The hotel is in a quiet street, but not far from downtown, less than a half an hour walk or 2 usd drive by tuktuk. The accommodation has a very good price-service relation.
    I would only improve some details in the kitchen and put more things in it.

    Great place, great staff, beautiful interior decorations. When we booked a tour outside the hotel, and been waiting at the lobby for the pick up, the receptionists asked us after 10-15 minutes of waiting, if we were waiting for the bus. Having confirmed, the lovely receptionist immediately asked for the ticket and called the travel agency to check the status... Never ever experienced that from the reception staff! :)
    Breakfast could be better. Small amount of dishes to choose from

    Unwelcoming, communication challenges, cautionary.
    Though relatively new, the property lacked the warmth I've found in other Siem Reap accommodations.
    From the moment I arrived, I didn't feel welcomed. The language barrier with the staff was significant, and they weren't proactive in understanding me. Be cautious of the tuk-tuk driver; he attempted to scam me.

    Ideal hotel for family.
    Atmosphere and excellent service from the staff. Big room with cooking facilities (although I didnt use them). Separate living area and two TVs, outdoor sitting area and the outdoor bathtub was a bonus which I didn't expect. Lots of greenery, and place is very clean. Staff as I mentioned before, was exceptionally generous with their time and courteous. Very helpful and I will stay here again if I ever visit Siem Reap.
    Two beds cramped up the room but I would be great if you were a family. For solo traveler one bed is ideal

    Fantastic friendly staff. Thank you to Kim and the team for making us so welcome. The little things at Cambana residence made it a memorable stay.     Outstanding staff, comfy rooms and tasty breakfast
    The staff is outstanding, the were always with a smile, and very attentive. The room was big, clean, and the beds were comfy. The breakfast was tasty, and we had dinner a couple of times there, and it was good. We arrived way before the check in, early in the morning, and the made the effort to have prepared our rooms before check in time. If travelling to Siem Reap, you should stay at this hotel 100%.

    Delightful hotel with wonderful staff .
    Everything about this delightful hotel was perfect . From the moment we arrived until we departed 7 days later it was a joy to stay in . The lap pool with sun lounges "in the water" along the edge was a novel idea and very good to cool down in this incredibly hot climate . The open dining area also overlooks the beautiful pool . The front of house and dining staff were so welcoming and helpful . The decor of the hotel and rooms was pure cambodian and so attractive, and our enormous bed was super comfy + a spacious sitting room/ kitchen ans large bathroom . We loved our stay , and highly recommend Cambana Residence . Another bonus was the Angkor Super Market , just 5 mins. walk away , and the Old Market area about 30 mins on foot or 10mins by tuk tuk
