    I did not like anything. It was horrible to stay here because they did not clean the room before we stay. I saw hair in everywhere, dirty towels used by the ex guest, full of bin.
    I did not like anything. It i a big regret for me. I just stayed on the chair all night because it was impossible to put my hand on the pillow used by the previous guest

    Great place to stay near the centre
    Location is perfect for Town Centre. Check in was easy and contact-free. Room was nicely decorated, clean, and warm. Kitchen downstairs available with coffee/tea facilities, and a vending machine.

    Had to pay additional 50 GBP for security deposit, they returned it later but never paid for such things in any of the properties I stayed, also it's not mentioned on the booking.com listing

    Everything was well cleaned and presented on arrival. quiet and comfortable stay.
    The snack options in the vending machine didn't offer much beyond crisps and chocolate.

    Internally looks OK. Lack of a new roof and chimney repairs seems to be impacting top floor rooms.
    Log in went well and codes worked. Very warm inside. Good location near rail way station.
    TV did not work. Shower leaked at wall (minor issue). Quite a lot of peeling paint behind many cushions. Could have done with a surface large enough to put a lap top on. (But very small room so not much space.) The building looks like it needs a new roof. Also Chimney in poor repair with a missing a brick. This is unlikely to impact visitors as there was not access to where the bricks would likely fall.
