    Good deal, close to the city center
    We travelled with our dog. The room was big enough for three of us. Air conditioning was working well, we set the temperature that was comfortable for us. Its only 20min by foot to the city centre, the staff in the hotel is really helpful and friendly. The breakfast was okay, nothing fancy but good enough to start the day. The coffee was good. I can also recommend cocktails in the lobby.
    There were no vegetables at breakfast.

    Very nice hotel and value for money Great overall for the money you pay. Would visit again.
    Very friendly and helpful staff which was great. Also, nice and modern facilities. Very nice location with easy access to the city centre on foot. Enclosed and secured garage for the car. Decent breakfast. Exceptional wifi coverage which was nice.
    The rooms could be more spacious for families and the coffee self service in the room was lacking. Also, whilst the room was getting cleaned and tidied every day, the bedding was not replaced none of the 4 nights we stayed.

    The breakfast was awesome albeit on a first come first serve basis. Good location near the tram station.
    There were no enough towels for 2 people, a shower cap or lotion.

    Great location for the old and new town. Really close to tram line, train and Eurostar
    Location was perfect and the staff were lovely. The man on reception in the afternoon/evening was so helpful with the map of the city and helpful tips on the tram line in and out of the town as it was freezing cold and very close by.
    The bed was so uncomfortable, With only one pillow per person so when we rang down to ask if we could have another pillow they said there wasn't any! So we had to buy extra pillows from the town and leave them there.

    We were in a modified room for the less able. The carpet was wet outside the bathroom when we arrived. The wet room didn't really function well

    Well worth it - we think we'll book again in a different season.
    Breakfast and dinner were good; evening drinks in the foyer were a pleasure; the staff were welcoming, cheerful and helpful with suggestions for visits to the old town. Would be interested to return in a different season.
    While the room and hotel generally were perfectly clean, some of the features were beginning to show their age and needed a bt of a refurb. Mention to the staff produced results.
