    Perfect location, 10 minutes walking from the Yu Garden metro station, 15 minutes walking from East Nanjing Road. Excellent breakfast, both chinese and western. Helpful and professional staff. Very large and comfortable room, Bathroom with everything you need.

    Poor ventilation (could smell cigarettes in the room on non-smoking floor) and it was pretty loud (neighbours through thin walls and renovations on the street)

    Comfy place for a transit with long layover
    Good location, around 15 min by foot to Yu Garden or the Bund. There is a bank accross the street which is convenient for cash withdrawal. The room is spacy and clean, with all the amenities.
    Most the staff were good in English, but it happened that an intern (understandable) at the hotel reception struggled with the language, so it was a little bit hard to communicate with. However, there was no problem for that staff to book a taxi to the airport.

    Basic and clean. Good location and nice seating and dining area downstairs
    The breakfast items like sausages, bacon and eggs were all cold! Even the coffee wasnt hot.

    10 minutes walk from Shanghai main street. Short walk to train station. Overall is great for this price. Room is consider spacious too. So nothing really to complain.
