OK but not up to Hilton standards in my humble opinion.

Hotel was dog friendly and had a decent little area to walk her.

When we had checked in and unpacked we found out the TV did not work. We had to REPACK and move to another room. One day when we were stepping out for a while there were 2 ladies sitting in the lobby waiting to check in. They told me they had been waiting for 20 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk and that they had been ringing the bell on occasion to no avail. We came back 10 minutes later and they were still sitting there waiting to check in. While that did not affect my stay that is pretty poor management.

Exceptional

Enjoyed our stay and will return.

The property was very clean with comfortable beds. The staff were nice and helpful. Great location and close to restaurants and Shopping.

Good

it was ok a little loud at night in hallway from workers

i stay at your hotel when I travel to Destin about 4 to 5 times a year. it's always nice.

I had to call the front desk every time I wanted to leave my floor to get the elevator. and a lot of workers were there sitting in the hallway I had to step over them as they talked on their phones.

Disappointing

Never again

There was no breakfast. Too many different deodorizing sprays. Rugs filthy . Only slept and showered there. I am not allowed to pick the hotels for family anymore. We had 6 rooms. No one happy!
