Disgusted and uncomfortable

This location was perfect. Very convient.

If I could rate it at a zero I would. Room door was open. Walked in the room and it smelled like urine and wasn't cleaned at all. Bought cleaning products to sanitize and clean the room. When I say everything was wrong it was wrong down to the staff. Bugs in the room, torn comforter etc.

Exceptional

Relax and take in the area

We had an issue getting into our room. Not only did they give me new room keys, they escorted me back to our room to make sure it opened and he inspected the door and saw the problem. The bed was so comfortable. I don't sleep very well, but here I was able to get a little more than 4 straight hours. It was so peaceful and pleasant.

I wish we could have stayed another night to really explore the beautiful area and all there is to see.
