Very good

Convenience, stands out (colour), easy access to room, friendly and helpful staff when requests were made. Process of arrival and departure very easy. Comfortable bed. Shower hot.

No windows but that is the nature of the place, lack of hangers in the wardrobe. Teabags not available. Toilet roll not there until requested. Shower needed more power.

Location was good, wifi was fine.

The people that worked at the desk were not helpful. It's like they didn't know the first thing about their own neighborhood or had any interest in helping. Also, the "view" from the window was of an ugly building about 2 meters away.
