    Good
Adequate but nothing more than that
Ok accommodation - small room and v small bathroom - just needed a place to put my head for the night and this worked, would not want to spend any time in the room beyond that: Shower could do with an upgrade
Poor shower - easy and cheap to fix A lick of paint is long overdue

The best place for staying in Brighton city centre!
It's hard to find good accommodation in the center of Brighton but Cappadocia Guest House is the best I've found so far! If you want a city centre break without having to go in from somewhere on the outskirts this is the place for you. Room was very clean and comfortable, bathroom excellent.
The room was a bit warm for my tastes, but it was winter so I managed.

    Good
Cheap and cheerful for a night's stay.
I liked having a ceiling fan and the towels and robes were lovely and also having good toiletries provided. Staff were very nice on arrival also.
We were top floor in the eaves so there wasn't much headroom and the shower was tiny! Good water pressure but it kept going hot and cold and you couldn't escape the water because it was so small! Very noisy with single pane windows, even though we were top floor we could hear people talking outside, never mind the traffic and seagulls!

Amazing location, right in the centre of town. Really cosy room with very comfortable beds. Very friendly polite and helpful staff, carried our cases to the room for us.Excellent communication with the hotel as we were going to need a later check in. Lovely little cafe attached to the hotel.
We could not find any faults, our stay was perfect

Well located room, perfect for a one-night stay.
Comfortable room with en suite shower room. Excellent location in centre of Brighton.
Shower room was very small so the sink was tiny.
