    It was a pleasant stay in the heart of Budapest !
    The staff was very helpful , especially Agnes - she was very bouncy and promptly helpful and understanding. She spent a lot of time for helping me, translating the necessary information. She is an asset for the hotel!

    Nice and clean hotel at a great location
    Great location, close to most of the attractions, local market and Metro station.
    You could hear drunk people screaming from the other street late at night. Since I was already jet-lagged, it didn't help with the sleep

    The hotel is in an excellent location, just a few minutes from the city center. The rooms are neat and well equipped. For breakfast there was a good selection of food. Parking is close to the hotel. Carat Boutique hotel is a good choice for a family stay.

    Breakfasts perfect.locations excellent close to all city centrr are and clean room.everythings perfect think thanks for all workers.
    Nothing, just wanna note that it was hard to peck hair dryers buttom so may be u should take your own hrdryer.thats all

    Good Location. Several issues though not summing up to a Four Star Hotel

    Aunts in the room Shower hose too short to clip on the wall. You have to hold it all the time during shower. 4 Nights of stay and they did not change the towels We had to ask for shower gel bottles replacements And finally the most tragic We bought from hotel reception two hop on-hop off bass tickets at 15000 each and then we discovered at a distance of 20 meters from hotel at a hop on/off sales station that offered us the same tickets at 8000 each. This is pure exploitation of hotel customers. Things should have been the other way round. That is, help your residents (that pay you a stay) to get cheaper tickets and not double the price. Generally the feeling waswe have a centrally located hotel which will anyway fill up so who cares about details and satisfying our customer somebody else will fill up the rooms anyway
