    Very tight parking creepy parking threw the alley Hotel and location gave off weird vibes

    All was ok, if I wasnt with family I would not have felt comfortable walking in the area.
    Breakfast room under construction, being converted to rooms
    Lots of road noise. Hotel is like a motel with rooms opening into the open center. I dont know what could be done to improve it. The power went out for 1/2 a day, and there was no hot water for a day. No discount was offered. No notice was posted. They could have handled it better.

    Simple but nice at a high price!
    Location was great. Close to all the destinations we had in our list. Room was very good compared to the overall setup. Washroom was spacious and clean.
    The facility can be cleaner. Room was very clean but the lobby, common areas and elevator can be cleaner. We were told a cleaner was available every two days.

    Good location, too expensive for what you get, staff was nice.
    The bed was very comfortable and the location is central.
    The room had a musky smell, the refrigerator wasn't plugged in so we had to move the very heavy dresser to plug it in. The coffee maker was mediocre. The traffic noise is loud. They are under construction. Parking is a hassle and expensive.

    The location was great, and one of the staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The room itself was comfortable and stylish.
    Some staff werent helpful or particularly friendly. Big sections outside were roped off and in disrepair. The front and foyer didnt match expectations, although the room was great which is definitely the biggest thing.

    The location, and thats it. The staff was like everyone on LA. Just nice enough and not rude or unhelpful.
    The price for what we got was not justified. The pictures are gravely misleading. I have stayed in motel 6 that are way better for way less. This was old and looked nothing like the pictures. The carpets felt like they had not been changed in 20 years, and the bed moved and was noisy. Stay away from this very expensive-for-nothing hotel. You are better off a little far away and driving to see the sites. Our room had a big puddle of water leaking from the room above when we checked in. We told the reception, but the onky other room available was with a double bed and smelled really bad. So we had to get extra towels and clean the floor of the bathroom before settling in to get a shower. The staff didn't even offer to do the cleaning for us to check in. Stay away, is my recommendation.
