Very good

Convenient for a good last-minute stay.

Very clean interior of the room very up to date.

Could have used a couple of spare towels, Wine glasses were mismatched (not a problem, just a bit tacky).

It has a share kitchen is good clean use full n good clean laundry.

We stay at family room 12 night only 2 times room service . Bathroom room too small not enough for family even cant close the door properly no toilet paper supplies or rubbish bags only very little . Cant close shower glass door hits on bathroom sliding door I heated it . No wifi asked several times keep on saying its broken not working long time it doesnt says when I booked family room very hard with kids spend money for mobile data I m not recommended this Carrum down motel.

Lovely hot shower, friendly staff, flexibility with last-minute alteration to our booking, well located to large shopping centre.

No internet during 6 night stay. Staff informed us that it was not working. Air con not working on arrival 23/12. Office closed until 26/12. Non-fitting sliding toilet door afforded no (sound) privacy. No hand soap for use after toilet, no dinner plates, serving dishes, food preparation utensils in Family room. Advise BYO shower soap/gel as only one mini tube (lipstick size) per person provided. No sofa. One fixed-open window above kitchen (approx 30x10cm) No screen door, so couldn't leave entrance door open for ventilation or overnight.
