Wonderful, relaxing weekend.

The breakfast buffet was small but sufficient. In particular, you could order omelettes and other hot dishes (for an extra charge). Ristorante Sadler was an exceptional experience, and the chef personally catered for my wife's gluten intolerance and swapped parts of the menu.

The personal and friendly service and attention of the staff

The vegetarian meal at the the Sadler, the Michelin star restaurant at the hotel was excellent but the traditional menu was disappointing.
