Stylish place in a good location and good value, with helpful hosts

Location and rooms were stylish - hosts were very nice and helpful. Bed was very comfortable.

Didn't much like having the bathroom as a glass box in the bedroom. Very stylish, but no privacy. Breakfast was a bit limited and juices could have been fresher.

Eleonora the owner was such a pleasant lady - bubbling over with enthusiasm for Florence and extremely knowledgeable about the city. Casa Botticelli is steeped in history with the main dining room having been the study of Robert Browning and his wife Elisabeth Barrett from 1847 onwards. The casa is located about 5 minutes from Ponte Vecchio so is the perfect starting point for sightseeing. Our room no. 7 on the second floor was beautifully appointed with a great bath tub. It was very clean and pleasantly warm. Bed was extremely comfortable with lots of pillows. Lovely welcoming gift of Chianti wine and water. Breakfast was tasty and catered for our needs. Self check-in went smoothly. Giacomo was available in case of need.

Lovely historic accommodation, staff fantastic.

Good location over the river from centre. Room was ideal, very clean, deep bath, comfortable bed, good shower. Breakfast was great and staff fantastic. Would stay again.

Not the accommodations fault but one night noisy bins outside being emptied well before 0700am. Was offered a room on the other side.

Everything was first quality in breakfast. Location was perfect. It was very easy to reach the hotel. All the important museums or cathedrals were maximum 10-15 minutes far by walking.
