An incredible place to stay in the heart of Milan

It is a beautiful Hotel and the room was lovely. Stefano the General Manager has been amazing, and truly understands Hospitality! We has a small problem that he promptly addressed and he s a genuine gentleman

The hotel is hard to find from the street, as there is no exterior signage, just trust your GPS! you can valet park your car right in front, its a busy intersection so you have to pretty much pull up on the sidewalk.

Spa was not good at all. I took massage therapy and it was so unprofessional. Some of the spa activities where close.

making simple things in the best fashion possible. we asked for a late night room service pasta bolognaise and it was one if the best if not the best i ve ever had.

the dress code, being relaxed about it would be better.

Good new hotel in Milan

One of the most beautiful and big rooms in Milan. Totally new hotel in historical building. Nice restaurant with beautiful terrace. Good location. Good hotel for business trip.

We can always hear subway, since its going somewhere under hotel. Its weird that hotel guests who paid for the rooms can not take photos in the hotel (as per them its hotel policy).
