Exposed window to the street, need voile curtain, & windows need cleaned. Prefer ground floor in future.

Broughtyferry is a lovely town, we enjoyed our time exploring and visiting all the nearby villages.
Location perfect.
Clean appartment.
Very steep stairs - not recommended for anyone with a walking impairment (we were on the top floor)
No sofa as illustrated on website
Fridge closed and off on arrival which caused a very bad smell
Bathroom door would not close without major effort, skinned my knuckles on a few occasions.
2 single Mattresss joined together, one in particular you could feel the springs all night.
Since returning home I have read a number of negative reviews on this very issue, which seems to be getting ignored. This needs addressing.

Plenty of free on street parking near by.
No staff to let us in...
Could bearly make out what STAFF said when I phoned about getting in...
The bed wasn't as comfortable as wished.

Definitely worth the money
The room looked exactly like photos. Everything was new and clean. The mini kitchenette was ideal with good quality pots and pans. The bed and duvets were comfy, and I slept very good.
Definitely recommend it.
The street was very busy. If you are a light sleeper ask for one of quiet rooms. I was too tired and was not bothered by the sound.

Short stay at Casa Fresa
Modern, bright clean, spacious, comfortable, secure, great facilities and equipment in the kitchen. The hosts provided a lovely welcome gift of a nice bottle of fizz and biscuits. This was a very nice gesture which was appreciated.
There were one or two points which let the Heather suite down. In terms of maintenance, the kitchen tap was loose and there was no water running through it. The .shower was a little bit of a disappointment as poor water pressure and hard to regulate the water temperature. Surprising because the decor and cubicle were stunning.

Clean and practical but expensive for what it is
Very / Exceptionally clean, easy checkin process, biscuits and sparkling wine are a nice little touch. Coffee machine also practical.
Price - simply felt expensive for 2 nights 290GBP when there were no staff or facilities (e.g. no breakfast in the price, no gym, pool) beyond the suite (bedroom, bathroom, small lounge/kitchen) which you could expect for a hotel with that nightly rate.
