Great customer service, traveled here through on my trip to China. Macau in itself is not super touristy, but I did visit Pena Hill and explored. Gym was great and staff was super helpful.

I guess traveling solo there was not that much to do.

Very clean throughout, very comfortable room & staff were friendly & helpful.

The hotel is a bit dated so maybe could have been slightly cheaper per night & Wi-Fi was poor in the room.

Avoid the hotel and also the SAR and go straight to Hong Kong

Unless you have a particular passion for gambling, I think you would struggle to think of anything likeable about Macau.

In terms of what didn't we like, how long have you got? Macau appears to be geared towards motorised transportation. Be it car or scooter, to get around you need a vehicle, and for most tourists this presents a problem. Using public transport is not easy in Macau and catching a taxi is a lottery as they have no Uber or Didi and the taxis seem to be a rarity. And that's before you factor in the people. The hotel staff were ambivalent at best. We ran into a incredibly rude shop keeper, and then on getting back to our hotel we found that two coach loads of Chinese tourists had just arrived. They then proceeded to push their way into lifts and dominated the lobby and hallways upstairs shouting and hollering at each other. The food on offer at the hotel was limited and overpriced The rooms were shabby and the hallways smelled of damp. We checked out the following morning having originally planned to stay for two additional days, and the member of staff didn't even enquire as to why we had decided to check out two days early having already paid for three nights stay. It's a three star hotel at best masquerading as a four star hotel, charging five star prices. One of the worst holidaying and hotel experiences I've ever had.

Comfortable environment commensurate with the amount of money spent on accommodation.

We were told that there was a shuttle bus from the outer harbour ferry terminal, so we followed the signs to the boarding point, but we could not find the boarding point. In the end, I couldn't find it even after circling around. In the end, I walked to the hotel using Google Maps. Surprisingly, it was close, so it would have been nice to have been informed from the beginning about the shuttle bus times and that there was no shuttle bus. It should be noted that the area is slightly out of the centre and there are no convenience stores nearby.

The swimming pool and room is big and its clean too

Check in at 2pm and room still not ready. No slots machine in the casino below Swimming cap is very expensive
