Beautiful property, great character and the outdoor jacuzzi was a very welcome surprise. The breakfast was a good mixture of buffet and made-to-order hot items.

The hot tub and old-style casitas were absolutely beautiful. Very impressed with the kind service. Loved the sit-down made-to-order breakfast.

Beautiful and quiet. Hot tub area was breathtaking at night. Other than the occasional distant siren, it was a perfectly quiet stay.

Terracotta floors and a high ceiling in the bathroom kept it a bit too cold. Coffee cups in the room were too small for the coffee maker and would spill over. There were no utensils in the room.

Very good

Good facilities particularly the hot tub/pool area. Clean and comfortable. Great staff. The chef made me the best breakfast of our trip. Thank you! :) The owner even helped giving us a lift to train station. Thank you! :)

Linen was very tired and needed replacing. Unfortunately, left rather perturbed feeling sorry for staff. They were all excellent but owner commented some had left as they could get more on welfare, commenting on bad work ethics/attitudes, yet didn't seem to realise that indicated more she wasn't paying her staff enough. The staff that helped us were excellent at their job and I would employ any one of them without any hesitation. Maybe they should be paid better to retain them? Attitude matters, and not only by staff.

The location was outstanding. The rustic Spanish style facilities are not found anywhere else today in such a location right near the center of Old Town & on the Rio Grande. The custom made to order was exceptional. Bring swimming suit as new garden hot tub facilities are the best we have seen in USA.

Rustic is OK (we actually like it) but its not a Hilton.
