Poor

There are many deficiencies in the hotel that are not enough to meet the price paid. You can only charge your phone in one place. There is a shower cabin that is so small that you have to stand still to take a shower. Insulation is very bad. The music listened to in the adjacent rooms reaches you as it is.

Exceptional

The receptionists, Margarida and Gonalo, were exceptional. So was the breakfast and cleaning staff. I loved their way of making me feel home. Regina, Luciana and Marta are amazing souls. Professional, gentle and available at all times. The breakfast was good, and the room comfortable. Also the position super central. I loved it!

bit over rated.

Breakfast was OK, Superb location, convenient to dining, shopping and pier.

Thought they had bed bugs, got bitten by something and upon returning home found small bed bugs near luggage. The AC did not work and was uncomfortable or noisy when I had to open the windows. Front desk was not helpful.

The detergent smells strong, otherwise no complaints. Pleasant stay altogether.

Location great - good nights sleep not great

The location is excellent - close to everything in Cascais. The staff are great too.

The walls are paper thin so you hear your next door neighbours breathing, the lack of any insulation means any noisy (boisterous) people are clearly heard from reception onwards and the door mechanism need a firm slam apparently which resonates through the entire corridor.
