Disappointing

Not recommended for families. Needs to be renovated.

The location is OK. Despite the outlived and outdate state of the apartment, the cleaning team did a good job.

Honestly, this property is not in line with the rent price, and did not meet expectations. The appartement is very outdated: the kitchen is at best 'OK', but advertised dishwasher is NOT present, several appliances do not work. The bathroom is terrible: very outdated (80's ?), glued together with silicone, the shower has brown (mould?), and the cabinets seem to be made for wheelchair users. I'm 1,85m and literally had to lean down to see the mirror. Worst of all, there are bugs and cockroaches all over. They appear from behind the plints and cabinets, etc. My daughters literally refused to turn out the lights at night, afraid of one of them running up the beds. The building itself has a 'strange' vibe, with a very unpersonal security check in, and also the rest of the guest make up a strange combination of people that makes you double check the locks on the door. Not the place where you feel comfortable with kids. I was honestly very surprised I had rented this place for our family, as I always select on a relative high average review score on booking.com. Looking back now, I can see that there are several review with similar comments and low scores as mine (which should have alerted me), but that the average is lifted up by a surprisin list of 9-10/10 scores. To say the least this is very peculiar, as I can hardly imagine that a property in this state, with outdated bathroom and bugs would get a 10/10 perfect score by anybody... Maybe this is a good hangout for you guys going to party in Miami, and that just need a place to sleep, but I would not recommend this for a family with kids. Admitted, the rent price is not the highest in Miami Beach, but even at this price, the rent company should take responsibility and renovate the place thoroughly. Install a new bathroom, fully refresh the place and get an exterminator. In it's current state, you should only target party people on a budget, and price it accordingly.

Good location next to the beach. Comfortable beds and nice kitchen.

I dont mind valet, but when the ONLY option is valet, its horrible. The valet drivers were nice, though.

The building and the apartment have never been refurbished since construction in the 70s At this price I would expect working bulbs, better than 40 year old bathroom and better soundproofing. Location is nice but don't expect to find a restaurant or any shop within 30min walking distance. Only similar hotels and condos. If you arent bothered to swim in the pool with fully dressed people in underwear socks or flip flops you will like it. Valet parking is mandatory but not efficient. Allow 20 to 30 min to have them get your car. I did not need the service but wasn't allowed to get the car myself. No waste recycling. We re in 2022. Weird...

overall they vist was just ok the hotel was great spot

the food right outside near the pool was just the best and the people so lovely my family really enjoyed that

the valet parking took forever each time we needed pur car and for awhile they couldnt find where they placed my key had wait 30 minutes till the guy frim morning before who parked it came and found where he parked it, also the battery cover to the remote was just taped on with poor tape i should say i had to use it without and i have kiddos also i wanted a room beach side like in picture with baco y and ended up street view
