Very good

Great base for exploring Lisbon.

Very convenient to main tourist areas, comfortable room, helpful reception, good breakfast. Welcome drink and WhatsApp contact before arrival were nice personal touches.

Minor point - Room lighting could be brighter.

Comfortable stay. Good breakfast, good staff, clean rooms

Everything was perfect: Clean rooms - exactly as in pictures Comfortable beds Very welcoming staffs Good breakfast - Freshly baked croissants loved it Walking distance to everything I needed a garbage bag for sanitary napkins during my stay, and the cleaning staffs couldnt understand English, so the front desk staff came in to help. He even brought napkins in case I needed them. They also gave me recommendations for places to visit.

It is a bit noisy, the wooden floor was creaking in certain places, even with thick carpet. I could hear people walking in the next room and corridors. Some noise from the water pipes too I guess. But other than that it was quiet.

- Great staff - Very good location - Incredible breakfast. Very tasty and fresh croissants+bread+rice pudding - Welcome drinks voucher

- We had to ask for a room change because the floor of the above room was squeaking and we could not sleep. In the new one as well, but the neighbors were more stationary - Small rooms with small beds (first one 160cm, second one 140cm) - Toilet reservoir was leaking making it harder to sleep (because of the sounds)

The room. So big, loved the fact that there are 2 rooms in one. The bathroom sooo big, loved it!!! Love the fact that they have Rituals products. I liked the tv, the view

The smell. It was like an oldish small, altought the room has new things in it, but it s not so bad.

Its very central and absolutely clean and nice, even the front desk guys were very helpful and lovely. I see myself staying again at this place next time in Lisboa. Would definitely recommend it
