Lovely pool and setting, rooms need a refresh

The pool and pool cafe was lovely - clean, nice views and very quiet. Pool staff really nice and friendly Grounds really well kept

Rude reception staff, rooms a bit tired and basic for 4*.The staff were weirdly protective of the towels. We also had no electricity for 24 hours with no apology or compensation Bit far from any restaurants (all seemed to be closed but it is October)

Not good

Weve been staying in this hotel for 6 years now. The location is very good. The staff at the pool is top level and one of the reasons for returning

The facilities need a big renovation The management staff need to know their guests preferences The constant changes of the management has not helped or improve the service The management does not have control of the data base to learn who are the returning guests The apartments need a deep renovation as the existing are old and it seems they have done some parchment in the infrastructure The level of service of the reception ca be largely improved

The gardens and pool area were amazing.

The apartment itself it badly in need of renovation and upgrade.

Very good

Good value for money, but nothing special except pool

pool is teally nice, not too small. size of appartment was good for us as family

Bath is very, very old, ugly, at least 40 years old. Double bed is just too small (width) for two. Lighting in the room very old fashioned, kind of terrible.
