    Overall we had a good trip but i feel this hotel is not very good value for money. We have been travelling all about sou
    Great location only 10 minutes walk from the centre. Staff were friendly. Beds were very comfortable.
    We firstly paid for a suite and when we arrived the room was very dated from the pictures we had seen so we were very disappointed about that also the bathroom had a bath tub and a shower but there was no shower curtain or glass so the water was going everywhere when showering and my wife slipped when she stepped out the shower, we reported this to the reception and they moved us to a different room but this wasnt a suite and we still paid a suite price. The wifi signal is awful, barely worked at all.

    Very Nice Experience. The Pool was nice, the room were big and spacious it exceeded our expectation for the room size. the breakfast was lovely. the location is good i was able to reach most of the place in a quick walk alot of shop, supermarket and restaurant nearly. it was a very enjoyable place for me to stay at visiting siemreap.

    the hotel itself is very beautiful, the staff is very helpful and the pool was nice. the room was great, exceeded from my expectation. I've enjoyed staying very much. super worth it for the price I've booked. thank you for the best stay in cambodia. will come again in the next visit.

    The room was big and spacious. The breakfast was good. The pool is very nice to enjoy in the afternoon. The location is good also i can get reach to just about anywhere i wanted, restaurants, malls and shop. Great experience.

    The location and the staff.
    There was no TV and we were there for 6 weeks. We had taken our laptops but the Internet connection wasn't stable. The hotel was starting to look shabby from the first time we stayed. The rooms could do with freshening up, odd patches of peeling paint etc. I understand that covid affected many businesses, but it really needs some tlc.

    Nice hotel with good facilities.
    The pool and rooms were very good and clean too. The staff were also helpful and the restaurant and swim up bar are good.
    The spa is closed so when you book a massage it takes place in your room with no equipment. For this reason it is overpriced and uncomfortable.

    Overall a comfortable and pleasant stay
    The rooms were spacious, with a balcony and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was helpful in getting a taxi to take us to SAI (new Siem Reap Angkor International Airport) at a very competitive rate (better than passapp). The food was tasty and reasonably priced. The location was also okay for nearby restaurants.
    There was noisy construction happening across the road from my room location, so it was never quiet before sundown. There was also no monitoring of very noisy people in the pool especially in the evenings. I didn't like that I booked and asked for two rooms near each other for my friend and myself but they could not have been further apart.
