Very good

Absolutely ideal, great room, location & value for money.

Easy to find, owners Comms very efficient & clear, great location 5 mins from Brighton Station. Clean, fresh, modern & well throughout. Easy to use key safe and felt secure/private. Would definitely use again

Cosy hideaway in great Brighton location with free parking

Cosy hideaway in a great location, skylight makes it feel v special, and Netflix on the TV means you feel at home! Seperate side entrance and easy arrival instrctions made coming and going very easy. Nice hot shower, and comfortable bed. And the hosts were very accomodating and helpful!

A privacy blind on the side window leading to private alleyway could be a nice extra final touch

Very good

An ideal place for us to stay, close to our daughters home. Beautifully clean and excellent drink making facilities.

Small, compact and very clean. Ingenious use of the space. Ideal if you just want a bed for the night.

No way to get out of the bed on the right side, as the bed was against the wall. Only a very small problem.

Perfect one night stay.

So many plug sockets and usb sockets. Quiet area near Brighton. Free parking right outside. Free wifi. Good shower. Very cosy. Tea/coffee making facilities, small fridge, bicuits! TV with netflix.

Difficult to answer as it suited us perfectly. Maybe too small for others, only one chair and the bed to sit on.

We had a lovely stay here. The room was so lovely and we felt very looked after with lots of tea, coffee, sweet treats and chilled water in the mini fridge.

A great location to stay if you're looking for 1 night

Really liked how close it was to the seafront. Not too close but not too far. There were plenty of places to eat locally if we'd chosen. Hosts had recommended a place to go for breakfast which was lovely.

Not quite enough places for clothes to hang up to dry but very limited on how to do that as the unit is small. Maybe a few more hooks and coat hangers I'm the autumn and winter months in case of a rain storm like we had?
