Bad

Big let down. Dirty. Wouldnt stay again

The staff at times were nice.

First of all I just would like to point this booking was made for 2 adults 1 child and an infant. We requested a travel cot via booking.comwhen booking this wasnt in the room but was then later sent up. Again stating the fact we had booked with an infant we were out on the second floor, down three sets on steps on a corner and put in the furthest room away, this was a nightmare with a pram as one of our guests was an oap meaning any time I wanted to leave the room with my daughter, my niece had to come with me to lift the pram up and down steps. Once getting to our corridor the house keeping staff kept leaving the trolleys out meaning we had to keep going to find someone to move them to get passed as we couldnt get passed with the pram. Secondly, the hotel itself was very dirty. Pictures are attached. Floors were rotten with dirt and whatever little towels we got in our room had stains on them. No iron in our room and when requested one it took nearly an hour before we rang back to ask where it was. Iron came and didnt work, we left for dinner and came back to another one outside our room. The communication between staff clearly isnt great. When using the pool we were asked to bring our own towels as they didnt have many left, this wasnt possible as we only had one bath towel for 4 guests. Our first night in the hotel we went for dinner In The restaurant our food was awful, even the chips werent cooked which the waiter seen himself.
