Hotel very pleasant, spoilt by issues which let it down

Location and room

Breakfast, no one on duty to top up juices etc. There were 2 young lads on reception round the corner from the buffet but they both went out for a smoke and left the reception unattended so there was no one to approach for assistance. The car park was quite a distance away and the directions were poor and we were soaked by the time we got to the hotel.

Exceptional staff - customer service at its best!

Staff were absolutely wonderful - couldn't do enough for you, extremely friendly and welcoming. Bedroom was lovely, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Location was perfect, walking distance to the centre of everything and the beach. Massage was super and the thermal suite was beautiful. Very relaxing stay in a beautiful hotel.

Only thing was the jacuzzi needed to be much hotter for me. Very very lukewarm - I like a hot jacuzzi for the aches and pains!
