Bad

We did not stay there after visiting in advance. It is isolated on a hill top and the entry drive is so steep it's terrifying. We stayed elsewhere.

Superb

The staff were very friendly, and the hotel was excellently maintained. The breakfast was also excellent

The only niggles we had was that the breakfast coffee was from a self service machine, which in our opinion never makes good coffee. We also thought that to say the hotel is city centre is not really correct , as it's a good ten minutes walk down hill to the old town, which means it's uphill all the way back.

Very good

Reasonable price, good staff, clean and tidy !

Everything was clean and tidy, well organised, reasonably nice breakfast although could be a bit more variety of options

Furniture a bit more on a vintage looks ( not a modern look but has its own charm) overall clean which is more important and nothing bad to say about it

Exceptional

This was a short 2 night stay which suited me perfectly.

Just about everything from the comfortable rooms, to the stunning views, the facilities and the sumptuous breakfasts I don't think that much more could be done to improve the guest experience.

I couldn't find anything to criticise.
