    Good place to spend a night in Kandy
    Friendly staff, good breakfast. Bathroom was nice and bed comfy. Also good wifi signal in the room so I could do a bit of work.
    Very small windows.

    Quality rooms just as shown in pictures
    Location was perfect, easily accessible by walking as the streets are crowded with vehicles. Walking distance from the bus stop. (10-15mnts walk) and Dhalada Maligawa. Can find many restaurants to eat or can walk to KCC as well from the hotel Rooms and bathrooms are very clean and well maintained just as shown in the pictures.friendly staff!
    As its situated in the middle of the city , no big view from the room and exterior is like a just a building, no entrance or garden. But it serves the purpose as its walking distance to everywhere

    Persistent staff member despite declining
    Good location with decent amenities. Good base to explore Kandy.
    Towels were stained. One of the staff members was persistent in recommending tour packages (and knocked on our door twice) despite us declining multiple times. Breakfast was underwhelming (but the shop opposite served good food).

    Staff really tried but understaffed and so could only do so much given the issues. Sri Lankan breakfast wasgood. Locatedin downtown close to the temple
    I booked with train pick up to avoid having issues arriving as we had limited time. I wrote multiple times on booking with no response and then eventually called and they said to just take a tuk tuk and they pay me the amount back. This defeats the purpose. We get there and they try to put us in aroom not cleaned, then one without akey that they have to find. The room was very musty, toilet did not flush properly and no hot water. Owner is locked out of bookings and staff dont even see the booking or message. Confusionover the payment as they could notlogin and see. Not able to support with any travel logistics

    Great value for money, friendly staff
    Staff were extremely friendly and couldnt do enough for you. Their Sri Lankan breakfast was very tasty. Central location. Excellent value for money, received a free upgraded room, free tuk tuk to the station and good breakfast.
