    The hotel itself and grounds,pool etc are excellent Only three years old Excellent location near city centre and next to the river Brilliant landscaping.... Jamie Duri would be proud This hotel has the potential to compete with Riveria But needs to put serious attention to the bedding and Breakfast provided
    Two important issues with any hotel are good clean bathroom facilities and clean comfortable bedding. Unfortunately failed with the bed...two hard and the linen low quality. The pillows very average. Also the buffet breakfast failed in some areas..tea and coffee very average.....and limited selection of fruit, cereals and cooked dishes to eat. And as one quest was complaining...eggs cold.

    Our room was extremely comfortable and super clean. The hotel is calm and easy going. The staff is excellent and accommodating. The pool is so beautiful.
    The location is not the best. Even though the area and the surroundings are amazing it is still a bit far away from the city centre and the main sights.

    Good choice if the focus is to travel around and be out and about.
    The room was much better than expected (family room), the hotel is very quiet, the location is good but one will still need a car to get around. The staff were very nice.
    Overall cleanliness of the grounds could have been better, the landscaping needs some love :-) too.

    Absolutely decent. Will return.
    The property was clean and spacious. Balconies were attached to all rooms. Check in and out process was swift and painless. Really nice pool. Quiet at All times. Plenty of parking. Seems really safe, as the property is within the vicinity of a governmental authority building. Has its own jogging/cycling track that is lit.
    Staff does not speak much english. Not their fault. You gotta use google translate or something. There were only 2 (two) bicycles available for use. 2?? in such a huge hotel?? Hope they fix this.

    An OK place to sleep but eat elsewhere
    The showers were great and reliable - no problems with hot water. The rooms were spacious and once we moved to building 2 we had a green view.
    In general the place is quite sterile and sparsely decorated. No emphasis on landscaping either. The breakfast was very poor: processed ham or sausages; rice soup (khao thom); one basic Thai dish; and limited salad bar with Thousand Island dressing as option. Toast and marmalade was also available. Bikes are free but in need of repair.

    strict check in time. arrived 12:30PM, couldnt check in till 2PM despite so many empty rooms.
