Had a lovely post Christmas wind-down time in lovely surroundings
It was quiet and relaxing. Well-kept grounds and the pool was very clean. Only a short walk to the beach and can walk over the headland to the next beach, which has lifesavers. Lovely view sitting on the balcony. Nice on-site bar and restaurant.
Wasnt aware that room cleaning/ new towels was not included for a 5 night stay but on enquiring at reception, new towels were provided

I have never been to such a dirty and expensive resort in my life! There were stains on the bed sheets & curtains. The air conditioner filter was covered in thick dust and the bathroom ventilation fan was covered in dust. It was so filthy!

Great vacation spot with numerous amenities and private beach
quite location with great amenities. Kids off too one of many pools available whilst youre able to play 9 holes of golf!

The Tivi is too old and too small for a resort. I stayed in some motel and their TV is even bigger than your. My monitor for work at home is even bigger.
The blanket even has quite a few holes and tear at the Conner. Its time to change a new one. I stayed in 1212 room

Its always been a favourite location very nice spot for sunrise and beautiful beach as well as fabulous eats around.
This stay we were situation on the bottom level next to the pool, for a family it would be a convenient way of looking out for your kids but for a younger couple it was creepy ha!

It was a good stay with some missing comforts.
We loved the resort location and facilities across the resort. The room was overall nice and bright with beautiful views from balcony.
The room was generally good but biggest negative for us was the sofa bed. It was very old, springy and uncomfortable. Also we found one of the blankets provided bit smelly and a bed sheet bit unclean with spots. We got a new bed sheet and blanket upon calling the reception so that was sorted however i do suggest that sofa bed be replaced or at least its mattress should be replaced with a new good quality one.

Very pleasant stay in a lovely area.
The location is lovely and staff were always helpful. The messages and texts before arrival and during were terrific to keep us informed and as a reminder of what to do. The microwave and fridge and tea/coffee making facilities were very good with plentiful supplies provided - thankyou.
Our Bathroom in Room 2209 was very damaged with large tile chips and damage in the shower alcove, loose tap coverings in the shower and other damaged or marked tiles on the floor. Also, numerous cockroaches it the bathroom each night.
We felt that for the $ for this accommodation then the bathroom should not have large tile chips etc.
Otherwise the room was fine.
