Great location/rooms/dining areas

The rooms and breakfast accommodation.

Since we booked this trip for our family, we didn't like how the front of house had to name the exact price when we were checking in (even though this had already been paid for well in advance). Did not seem necessary whatsoever and came across rather unprofessionaly.

Very poor

I dont recommend this hotel, especially when the next door hotel with 4 stars is cheaper and brand new.

To be honest, not much.

The room was nothing like the photos advertised online. As we entered the room we were greeted by a massive silverfish running across the room. There was no minibar/fridge, no teaspoons or utensils, no kettle, just a dirty coffee machine. The bathroom doesnt even have a plug socket for a basic hairdryer or razor. There is literally never a member of staff at reception, it took me 4-5 minutes running around the dining area to find a member of staff each time. Overall I wasnt impressed, especially for the price.

Disappointing

A not recommended old-fashioned stay

If you are searching for a hotel on the border of The Netherlands and Belgium this can be quite handy. Parking was free

- The rooms were quite old and smelled a little. The bathroom was a bit dirty and old and there werent bathroom accessoires, like a hair dryer, razor blade, needle and thread and other utilities. Just a small bar of soap. - The blankets were very thin and not winterproof - There wasnt a kettle in the room - During breakfast there wasnt coffee or tea to grab which we found very, very dissapointing! We asked a few cappuchinos but there was an extra fee for it. We didnt want to pay extra after we already paid 120 euro per night including breakfast You could get hot water so thats what we ordered, but not having the freedom to grab a coffee was very dissapointing. This was our first hotel ever without coffee and tea facilities.
