    A fun weekend, with family and a friend and this property was excellent for us.
    I stayed in this property with my two daughters and a friend to attend an event in late September, early October. The house is on two floors with a lounge, kitchen and toilet on the ground floor and three bedroooms and a bathroom with a toilet on the first floor, all well furnished and comfortable. The kitchen had everythng we needed and we enjoyed a few home cooked meals while staying there. There was a table in the kitchen which we could easily sit round. The lounge was comfortable with very pleasant furnishings and a TV. There's also parking at the front of the house and a garden at the back. The property is in a quiet area but also not far from the city itself. Colin the owner, made sure that everything was as good as possible for when we arrived, and finding the keys and moving in all went prefectly. If you're planning to visit Southampton and need a comfortable and clean place to stay, I can highly recommend this property and will certainly be booking it again next time we visit.

    ideal house for a stay which includes daily visits to the hospital.
    The location was perfect for our needs. The kitchen had most things we needed and the space throughout the house has been used thoughtfully. The host was charming and helpful.

    Great stay in this 3 bedroom bijou house with parking and garden near centre of Southampton.
    Great location house fairly near the centre of Southampton. Good price for the weekend for the 3 of us in my family plus our small dog. Very useful having the small secure garden and decking area out back. Also handy having off street parking and on street parking. Speedy/good communication from property owner.
    Some of the cutlery and crockery were bit grubby so needed a quick wash by hand. Few details would have been very welcome...small bottle of milk in the fridge and maybe a nice loaf of bread. Also some kitchen roll. For a house that can accommodate 6 people there were only 3 mugs for tea/coffee. Don't recommend parking on the driveway if you have a low car as you are likely to scrape underneath.

    Had a nice time!
    A sweet house, clean, comfortable, functional, nice view, good for a family group of 6 people.
    The stairs were a bit to steep and narrow. The bathroom downstairs a bit moldy. Couldn't find some essential items such as broom, dishcloth etc. Took us quite a while to figure out how to lock the door. But all minor problems, we enjoyed our stay.

    Lovely house very close to Paultons Park as that was the reason for our stay.
    The house was very pretty and so was the garden. Place was clean.
    The smell of mould and the driveway was very small for a large vehicle, the owner very kindly allowed us to park in the driveway next door.

    Very nice comfortable house beautifully fitted out, spoilt by lack of attention to front and rear outside upkeep,
    Beautifully clean with first class kitchen facilities and pleasant lounge. Comfortable beds. Pleasant decor. Nice quiet location.
    The tv didnt have a signal so could only use Apps but it was only an overnight stay so wasnt much of a problem. Didnt much like the approach, fence needs replacing as it spoils the first impression of the house and the drive has a sheer drop one side. The rear garden needs attention. The house has six beds and there were six of us in two cars. It was difficult. We coped though.
