Very poor and unhappy stay on Christmas day. Owner is very rude and unaccomadating

The staff at the accommodation were very friendly and welcoming. Happy went out of his way to try and make our stay better. Accommodation rooms were not the same as the room my mum and sister stayed in were very poorly kept with the toilet not flushing properly. Janine was rude and not accommodating. I booked 2 rooms. 1 room for my mum and sister. And another room for my husband and myself and our 6 year old son. Janine was quiet adamant on wanting us to pay an adult rate for my son although he was going to be sharing a bed with us. Mind you we stayed on Christmas day. Very disappointing service.

The staff are just beyond amazing! Efficient, friendly, honest and super helpful! The manner in which the guesthouse is run is just next level! Janine is very fortunate to have this calibre of staff
