Amazing View from the Room

The view from the room was just amazing! Was able to watch the mountains from beside the desk and laying down on the bed. It was very relaxing. The room was clean and comfortable. I liked the classic decorations and furniture as well.

Breakfast was mediocre. It was not bad of course, but to be honest, felt it was not really worth the price.

Great location and view with rooms that are a bit outdated

+ The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the main shopping streets and restaurants. + Receptionist at check in was helpful, check in was smooth. + If you book a room on the lakeside, the view is incredible.

- Rooms were a bit outdated - Bed was very soft, mattress was thin and uncomfortable.

The booking was smooth and staff very friendly, accommodating and efficient. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. Fabulous views on the lake if lake view booked. A great choice for St. Moritz!

Astonishing views and really charming place. Nice staff.

The views from room were insanely good, we had massive windows to the frozen lake and I spent way more time than I expected just sitting there contemplating how beautiful everything was. That made our stop in St Moritz more than worth. The staff were very helpful and nice, with a very warm and easy check in and check out. The room was really warm in midwinter and you could regulate it, so no worries about those below zero days despite those massive windows. It was all very cosy and mountain themed. Toilets were ample and comfortable, the room really spacious and quite silent at night. We didn't have time to try the breakfast though, but there is a small pizza place and kebab place and a coop less than 5 minutes away for those not wanting to spend a lot on restaurants.

The pillows were super soft and flat, so we used blankets below them, and all good. Again the views and everything else compensated.But this is something that happened to us in all Swiss accommodations for some reason. Also it's obviously really uphill as it is in the mountains, but apart from the option of getting a taxi you can use a lift from the station. You go to the end of the parking in the station where you see an indoor tunel, take the parking interior escalators, then when up cross the street and a few steps to your left there is a lift. From there you are really close, just some uphill metres left.
