    Right in the city center close to bars and restaurants shops. Yet the room was quiet.
    We didn't have a window with a real day light or rather obstructed, but I guess we booked that type of a room

    Comfortable Stay!
    Spacious room. Very comfortable bed. Kind and friendly Staff. Great location for us who like to get out, about and exploring! Cant speak for breakfast as it wasnt included in our booking. We were on the top floor with no lift which was fine for us but just wanted to share for others that might not be. Staff very kindly brought our bags up for us.

    My room was lovely and bed was super comfortable. It was very clean and located in a local area so it had a nice vibe to it. The staff were super helpful and friendly.
    I would stay here again but note that there is no lift if stairs are a problem for you. Each room opens to the stairs so it can be a bit noisy during the day.

    The room were spacious and quiet in the night which was a plus as it has a very good location in the city centre which is loud around. Also the staff was very helpful and friendly. We have paid extra for the breakfast but it worths it we really enjoyed it. I think if youre looking for a western breakfast you should get from the hotel. Also the laundry service helped a lot!
    The rooms could have been more cleaner as sometimes it felt like not so clean specifically in the bathroom.

    Staff is very friendly, there is free laundry service, free leg soak on last day. Room is big, clean, comfortable.
    The location is abit hidden, grab may not be able to find the location. Outside of the hotel is dirty, bathtub is abit rusty and dirty, no lift and soundproofing is bad. If people walk past and talk, can hear loudly from the room. Air con is not cold enough, and there is a "tik" sound throughout, is quite annoying.

    Decent, but I am sure better can be found in the area for the same price.
    I liked that the property is close to the central area. I also liked the free laundry service that was quick and good. Also, in one of the days they provided some special bath for feet that was really nice.
    The room is dated, small and doesnt look at all like in the picture (or at least the one I was assigned), it is small, dated and a bit smelly. Also, you can hear the noise from the hall and people walking on the stairs. The entrance is a bit shaddy and if you return late in the night you need to unlock some gate and lock it after you pass it that is quite bothering. The water provided complimentary is not bottled individually and sealed, so you dont know what youre drinking. Also, the place could be cleaner and more attention paid to the bathroom area.

    Big quiet clean room with very friendly hosts
    Very large room including small separate seating area. The room had a hip and clean bed. The bathroom could maybe use a bit of updating but it is fine, very clean and great shower. Cute little stairs going up, the guys downstairs bring up your bags so its nice. Very quiet rooms in the busy city. Free laundry, in the evening you get foot-bath ingredients in-front of your door, a Vietnamese ritual, fantastic. Superbe breakfast on the roof, with eggs, bread, crepe, fruits, fresh yoghurt, just fantastic. Lovely lady at the breakfast area that speaks fluent English and French. Great people, great hotel for the money: a 10.
