Parking need to pay.Location nearby Pasar Malam/duty free shop/old town coffee/Mala Tower.

Bed is comfortable. Extra pillow provided.mini fridge,mini safety box. more chairs in room.coffee&Tea machine available at lobby FOC.

Too many dust.corridor darker.Staff no greeting.TV chanel need connect phone. bathroom floor is slippery. No slipper&laundry bag given.

Avoid at all cost. Not worth the money,

The staff running it were friendly. Rest avoid the hotel.

Its away from all the places worth visiting. Bathroom was stinking. I paid for a sea facing room and they charged me extra money per night because Im non-Malaysian then gave me the room with the worst view. Totally not worth the money at-all. Dont waste your time.

It was not what I expect but the price quite high when comparing service.

Location

No telephone is provided in the room. They knocked the door with wrong room before check-out time even if I hung do not disturb signage. When I asked to extend stay, I had to move to twin bed room I stay only 1 person but it was not an issue because king bed room was fully booked on the day I asked to extend. I asked staff what time I should move. A receptionist said she would call me. Finally, no calling but she knocked the door instead. No one did not see do not disturb signage.

There was a smell of stale smoke as if someone had smoked in the room.

There were several room inclusions advertised which were not in rooms Tea/coffee maker (in fact there was NO tea available at all) Only a coffee machine in the lobby, to make and take to your room.. The flat screen tv listed as a room inclusion is not a TV It allowed one to view utubes and OWN PERSONAL NETFLIX The reception area decor and setting was rather unattractive No alarm vlock or slippers in the rooms, though we did not require them, should be if says in room inclusions The threadbare towels were extremely agitating They were replaced expediently when requested but should never have been provided All in all a disappointing start to our few days in Langkawi, and fortunately we were provided with a refund after one night and found other accommodation
