    First ten I've ever given
Very comfortable bed and quiet neighbourhood so I slept well. In the morning it was great to see rowers on the Thames before an excellent fruit breakfast and toast with large selection of spreads and morning coffees. It was great though to have a morning chitchat with Vicki and Chris. The breakfast and morning conversation certainly set me up for the day. Good location and close to bus routes to Chiswick, Hammersmith and Richmond or further afield. Excellent accommodation and brilliant hosts.
The weather? Seriously though I can't think of any improvement needed. I was up stairs that could be a handicap for some but there is also a ground floor room.

    Amazing!
Everything. Room was cozy and clean, as well as the private bathroom. But the vibes are absolutely great! Vicky and Chris are two super hosts, and breakfast all together is a plus. Breakfast per se is awesome (fresh fruit, jams and homemade bread!) but having a chat in the lovely mezzanine is really priceless. Prices are good (compared to average in London) and position is ok: you could take 533 to Hammersmith or walking towards Chiswick (30 mins). I really enjoyed and will be back!
    All perfect

    Absolutely wonderful!
A family home with a lifetime of objects pictures books, all for the visitor to enjoy and marvel at. Chris and Vicky are generous hosts and ready to quiz and question laugh and listen as well as share reminiscences of their varied lives over a beautifully prepared breakfast with a bowl of fruit that demands deep spoon investigation and proved extremely delicious. Home made jams and marmalade on very tasty toast with lashings of tea/coffee and fruit juice made this the most perfect breakfast one could imagine. Oh and did I mention that it all overlooks the River Thames, host to a variety of ducks geese heron and storks! Not just that but rowers scullers and all that sort going up and downstream throughout the daylight hours. What a little gem! Oh yes and the thing is this you never know what interesting people you are going to share breakfast with - some guests from Wales and others from Mexico - could be from anywhere in the world - what a delight!
Everything was fine, however there was one area that could be improved. Our bathroom was down the corridor- perfectly fine. Everything worked fine - shower basin and loo however it is in need of a little TLC and a shelf to place wash bags and stuff.

    Very good
    A wonderful eccentric English property
I loved this very eccentric BnB in the owners house. But it wouldnt suit everybody. The owners are an elderly couple who are friendly and fascinating.
Cold I would have preferred it in the summer.

    Recommendation, great value for money!
Exceptional breakfast with fresh fruit salad, homemade toast. Lovely owners, enjoyed our morning conversation. Great location, river view, beautiful and friendly cat. Charming and very cozy room, very comfortable bed.
Bathroom could use some renovation, the sink is tiny and a bit impractical, but it is very charming still.
