Exceptional

Amazing hotel. One of the best we have stayed in. Everything was perfect. Breakfast was great and healthy. The room was a very decent size with a super comfy bed. A very short distance to the old town.

Beautiful view. Absolutely outstanding. Lovely bath The breakfast was nice

We paid for the most expensive room. The Turner suite and it was overly disappointing. The couch was filthy - it desperately needs cleaning. Food stains all over it. The blinds in the bathroom are torn and ratty. Fold out beds were terrible, and we couldn't get an extra mattress, which was ridiculous The bath wasn't cleaned on our second day, and the mini bar or bathroom supplies weren't replaced . It wasn't cheaper the second night we stayed. Everything should have been the same as the first night. Our beds weren't turned down the second night. Also, it's outrageous with the price we paid to also have to pay for parking. I wouldn't recommend the hotel to anyone. No one offered to help with our bags when we left, and there are a lot of stairs! It's has sloppy service and is overpriced.

I was Wow'ed over. Simply Stunning.

The hotwl has a stunning position over looking the city and lake. It is breath taking. The interior design and comfort far exceeded my expectations. The service was professional and personal, unlike my usual visits to hotels like The Kulm and Sacher resort where I found the service fussy and unfriendly, overly invasive. They nail it here. I received a great welcome with a glass of prosecco and was really looked after in the bar and restaurant. It is simply a great place. I am already planning my return visit.

There is nothing to dislike.

Friendly staff and nice views

Location is very good and quiet. Staff is always very friendly and attentive Breakfast is nice though choice is a bit limited for a place like this one

Rooms: you cannot find plugs or usb charger. Restaurant is overpriced, with a short menu and nothing distinctive. We were expecting much more from such a place Hotel management does not inform in advance if some common areas like restaurant or the nice American bar are closed for private functions during your stay. A short message prior arrival would have been nice and just the tight thing to do
