    Excellent facilities with many additional touches to add to our comfort and enjoyment. I had a few questions as the date for our stay approached and the owners were very quick to respond. Well done!

    Good location in a very historic part of Warwick
    It was very nicely presented and large kitchen and dining area and the Internet was not bad. The bathroom had everything from. Bath tub and a shower.
    The owner should get building control to install a ex and sink under the stars. Although there was a locked door so maybe it was there but not accessible?

    Lovely property to have spent a weekend away with friends.
    Great location for exploring Warwick. The house was very clean, and feels really homely, A very nice, comfortable, clean and well kept property. I would definitely stay here again.
    Only one bathroom. Would be nice to of at least had an extra cloakroom. But this is not really a major issue. More of an observation.

    Exceptional setting, an excellent choice for group gatherings, and impeccably clean.
    The centrally located property boasts a charming blend of vintage and modern decor. The spacious kitchen and dining area are perfect for gathering to enjoy meals and conversations. Thoughtful details like toiletries and kitchen supplies enhance the stay, while the sunny courtyard out back is an ideal spot for relaxing with drinks in the evening or savoring morning coffee.
    There's a single permit provided for parking per car, and on-street parking near the property is quite limited. Additional vehicles need to use the car park, as indicated during the booking process. The mattress in the right bedroom is extremely uncomfortable, akin to resting on a wooden plank, and it's essential to replace it. In the living room, having two sofas instead of a single small one would enhance the seating arrangement.
