    Functional apartment wirh a good value for money and decent location
    The apartment was very functional, it had a small but exceptionally furnished kitchen, TV with chrome casting (forst time ever I used the TV in a hotel), breakfast is a bit on the expensive side, but with many options. The property itself is both close to the city centre and Hauptbahnhof and trains to the airport.

    Friendly staff, modern hotel and very clean.
    No coffee and tea making facilities in the room apart from a kettle. Would be nice if there were some cups in the room and some sachets

    excellent stay with excellent transportation possibilities
    Rooms were good, location is excellent, 16 and 17 trams each 4 minutes bring you to the center, reception was very friendly, a coffee machine for free in lobby was a nice addition to all that)
    Sometimes I heard a neighbor above, but they solved it my relocating me into another room.

    Very friendly staff. They were helpful and accommodating.
    Facility was not clean as described. The shower floor was permanently stained, the air vents were exceptionally dusty, there were stains and hair on the bedsheets, the furniture was also stained, and there was mold in the refrigerator.

    A great appatment hotel to spend a few days with family in Munich
    The hotel is situated in a nice neighbourhood right across the tram stop few stops away from Karlsplatz. This was very convenient, as there was no need to have a car. The room was spacious, very clean and equipped with almost all a family needs during a short stay. The hotel has a nice lobby offering free hot drinks. We enjoyed spending time in the lobby with our children. The reception was very kind and helpful at all times. We would definitely stay at the same place should we return to Munich.
    A standard room refresh by the cleaning staff every 3 days instead of every 5 days would be better

    Wonderful aparthotel in Munich
    We really liked the ambience of the hotel in general. Pretty much convenient location (less than an hour by the direct train from the Airport, half an hour to the BMW Museum, 11 minutes by tram to the city centre). The lobby is very cosy and comfortable, divided by separate areas which you can use for working or chatting with the friends. Free tea and coffee by the entrance all the time of the day. Also, welcome croissants and bezels on the reception desk. Our own experience... First, our room was with two joined beds, we asked the room with one big bed and lady from the reception changed it for us, so we got another room the next day. The temperature in the room is really warm. The kitchenette is a great option inside. Ladies on the reception are very professional, especially Lena, who kindly used to assist us with our requests during our stay. She provided many tips on how to spend the time in Munich visiting most interesting places. In checkout day, we received an Xmas present from the hotel, which completed our best memories from that place.     One night stay in a good location
    Lovely rooms with good beds and a kitchenette. Nice balcony. We could park our car (for 26EUR extra) in the garage. The people at the reception desk were friendly and helpful.
    The prices are Munich prices, and as such very high. With those prices, I think some more complimentary stuff could be offered in the kitchnette. Other than that, this place is really nice.
