    Great location, friendly staff and good nights sleep.
    The property is in a great location, close to Gloucester Road tube station. The room was on two levels, spacious and very comfortable bed.
    The room was carpeted throughout which can be expected in the UK. But the carpets were old and marked. The bathroom was generally clean but the shower door and toilet seat had calcium build up/ rusting.

    It was convenient as there was a bus stop and subway station nearby, as well as a supermarket and restaurants. It was nice to have free coffee and some fruit. To do laundry, I needed an app called wewash. The staff were helpful in arranging taxis, etc., and the rooms were clean.
    The water pressure in the shower is a little weak.
