Disappointing

Not the night of rest I expected

Good location as it is close to the airport. Has good shuttle service.

Booked this room to get a good night of sleep before an early morning flight. At 2am a hotel staff person walked into our room without knocking. When we complained to the front desk, they told us there was a deaf person staying on the same floor, which is why a waiter entered without knocking. They didnt really apologize and did not seem to understand that that incident defeated the whole purpose of staying in the hotel. This is a business trip and I therefore need a receipt, which the hotel has a legal obligation to provide. It has been over a month, and I have requested it twice, and have not received a response.

Good value for long layovers

Its very close to the airport. Staff was nice but unfortunately did not really speak English. Its a great hotel for a long layover.

It says that there is free shuttle service, however this seems only true when traveling from the hotel to the airport. I had contacted the hotel a couple of times, but never received any reply. More responsiveness would be great.

Clean room and good breakfast. The housekeeping service is fantastic!

Shower with low pressure. Most of the staff could not help me in English. The receptionist at check out was a bit rude.

Perhaps a bit too far from the nearest mall (for shopping) as its a 20 or more minutes walk but thats not really a big factor for me

Great place

It was comfy overall. Breakfast was amazing. Personnel was very, very nice.

While matress firmness was nice, pillows were too thick and uncomfortable. Also, A/C was causing a bothering noise.
